An Original New York Distillery, Dutch’s Spirits was first “organized” in 1932 as an extensive bootlegging operation financed by the iconic mobster, Dutch Schultz. Eighty years later, the distillery foundations and surrounding farm are being revitalized as a sustainable source of ingredients for our premium hand-crafted spirits.

Dutch’s Spirits is an Original New York Distillery devoted to the production of premium, handcrafted spirits. First “organized” in 1932 during the twilight of Prohibition, our land was the site of an extensive bootlegging operation financed by the iconic mobster, Dutch Schultz. Now, almost 80 years later, Dutch’s Spirits is reviving the distillery foundations and revitalizing its land as kept by the Adams family for generations. Harvest Homestead Farm will become a self-sustaining source of ingredients for its unique beverages.

Dutch’s Spirits Sugar Wash Moonshine is a clean, exceptionally smooth spirit. The nose bears aromas of cut grass and rich butterscotch. Succulent vanilla and grapefruit notes envelop the mouth and a medley of tropical fruit and maple flavors linger in a pleasantly long and smooth finish.
