Dutch’s Spirits aims to follow in the footsteps of thousands of farm distilleries that dotted the landscape before Prohibition, bringing added value to their crops, and invigorating the community around them.

Through a Farm to Bottle approach, we will produce artisanal beverages of the past through innovations of the present, while protecting our natural resources. Our facility will ultimately include a bunker museum, malting house, farm stand, and private event space.

While building progresses, we will continue to partner with other New York State craft distilleries in creating premium small batch spirits.
